IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMERS: BY ASKING FOR A COMMISSION, YOU ARE TELLING ME YOU
READ THIS, AND WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR EVERYTHING WRITTEN BELOW.

GENERAL INFORMATION

- Read and understand the prices carefully before asking for a commission.

-I only accept PayPal as a form of payment, no points (PayPal information will be provided through notes).

- Read below what is and is not acceptable for a commission before asking.

- Please send me the details of your commission over notes so that I can keep track of them.

- I am not responsible for any clients failing to read and understand the following information.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

- I will NOT take any form of payment other than cash through paypal. No DA points, no art trades, etc. Cash only.

- The below prices are BASE prices. I can increase or reduce the price of the commission in accordance with the details provided by the buyer.

-A payment time will be decided upon while discussing the commission. Typically, I will request payment when I know I can begin work on the commissioned piece.

REFUNDS AND SATISFACTION

- You can cancel your commission at any time, but after 48 hours of sending payment, half of the payment is non-refundable. I have already begun working by that point, and I don’t want my efforts to go completely to waste.

- If after 1 month of sending payment I have not completed your commission, you may message me and receive a FULL refund.

- If I choose to cancel your commission, I will give you a full refund.

-You can ask me for an update on the status of your commission at any point during the process, and I will send you a screenshot of the progress (just please, for the sake of my own sanity, allow at least a couple days between update requests)

- If you are not satisfied with your commission, I will give you one FREE “pass” where you can tell me what you would like me to change. Any more than one pass, and there will be an extra fee. You may use this pass at any point during the commission process (but note that the later you tell me, the longer it will likely take for me to change).

MY RIGHTS AS THE ARTIST

- I reserve the right to use any artwork completed as a commission in any of my future videos, portfolios, displays, etc.

- I reserve the right to post completed commissions to my DeviantArt gallery.

- I reserve the right to refuse a commission request

YOUR RIGHTS AS THE BUYER

- You may post the completed commission to your page/website/blog/videos/etc. as long as proper credit is given (preferably, a link to my page/gallery or the original piece, and/or my username.)

- You may choose to remain anonymous, and I will not publish your name with the completed commission.

- You may not redistribute the commissioned work for profit (ie: t-shirts, advertisements, etc.)

- You retain all rights to the characters/concepts. I own only the artwork.

-Franchised/copyrighted characters

-Horses/hoofed animals (... I'm just bad at it)

-Fish (... again, just bad at it)

-Certain fetishes (ask me. Some I’m comfortable with and some I’m not.)

-Sensual art/pornography

-Hate art

PRICES

"Fancy Sketch"
(This commission type is meant to quickly capture a "gesture" of the character with a bit more detail and flare than a regular sketch would. I will pick a base color and a couple of highlight colors for each character, but I will not eyedrop palates or include most small details.)

Base Prices:

Headshot: $12
Bust: $15
Fullbody: $20

Extra character: + 1/2 of base price (for example, a headshot with two characters would be a $18 total)
Maximum of 3 characters total

Fully Rendered Character
(This commission type includes a fully lined, colored, and shaded character rendered accurately from a provided ref. This type comes with either a transparent background or free simple background. You can decide whether you prefer Cell shading or Painted shading as well.)

Base Prices:
Headshot: $20
Bust: $25
Fullbody: $35

Extra Character: +1/2 of base price
Maximum of 3 characters total

Fully Rendered Scene/Illustrations
(This commission type includes the characters being fully rendered lined, colored, and given multiple layers of shading, as well as a complex background and colors to tie it all together. You can decide whether you prefer cell shading or painted shading for the characters, and you also have the option to ask for a "fake screenshot" look, which includes cell shading, black bars on the top and bottom of the image, and your choice of text at the bottom of the image.)

Base price (because these are rendered scenes, I have a harder time determining price based on bust, fullbody, etc. The price will be decided and agreed upon after receiving the details, but this is the estimated range for a single character):
